The owner is extremely unprofessional and engages with customers as if she is emotionally unstable. Please choose another company. I made an appointment and she arrived two hours late. She then accused me of having an attitude when in fact I tried my best to be polite during the entire ordeal. She offers a decent service but her attitude and disposition is horrific.
I have been going to Lilac for 8years. Also hired then for multiple private events such as my Wedding. Marcy is always professional and courteous. She’s the best. Great customer service and warming atmosphere
I am shocked that noone has came on here and left Mercedes any good reviews recently. I went there yesterday for individual hybrid extensions and my service and experience was BEYOND GREAT. SHE IS AMAZING!!!! She made sure I was pleased with the results before I left, as well as blending in where another place took out some of my real lashes!! 😂 I was actually hesitant on going there because of the bad reviews and even told her that, and the number I called worked so I don't know what everyone is talking about but she even made sure I got her personal number when I left as well. And not to mention the whole time, we had great conversation , will DEFINITELY BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER 💯
