Fish and collard greens was ok but this so called Mac and cheese was bland and lacked the main ingredient “cheese” then it appears as if a slice of yellow cheese was place on top baked. In addition the cornbread was not the best either. ☹️😔
I got the fried chicken with dark meat and sides of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. It also came with cornbread. It was a lot of food and I got two meals out of it. The food was excellent and those were some of the best mashed potatoes I ever had! My boyfriend got the BBQ pork with coleslaw and yams. He enjoyed everything as well.
I had the 3 piece catfish meal with Mac&Cheese and collard greens. I also ordered a side of cabbage and mashed potatoes with gravy. I wanted to sample their sides as I know I can't eat all this food. Well the verdict is the food isn't that good. It's not bad ,but it's just not outstanding. I'd eat it again if there was nothing else around but I don't see stopping in again. The collard tasted like the were from the can. The Mac&Cheese was bland. The fried catfish had a nice crust but it lacked any seasoning. I did like the cabbage but it was average at best.
The food is just "OK" in a pinch to satisfy hunger. I ordered smothered chicken wings, mac & cheese, and white rice with gravy. The smothered chicken wings were as if the chicken was fried, and then gravy poured over top. The chicken wings were tough to pull apart and a tough chew. The food has no labels to know what food is what. There is still much to be desired. The staff is friendly and attentive upon arrival but lacks unified professionalism in appearances. The floor was sticky and clearly isn't being attended to on a routine basis for a high foot traffic. I would recommend Levi's. However, there is much room for improvement.
I visited Levi’s restaurant for the first time while visiting in Clinton MD. Omg, I was extremely pleased with the portion of food I was given as well as the taste of my meal. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about it since there was mixed reviews, however after I decided to go there and experience it for myself I was really happy with my decision to do so and vowed to come back whenever I am in the area again. Kudos to Levi’s restaurant and team members who provided excellent food and customer service!
