Lisa responded very rapidly when I called to ask about an appointment, and made time to see me immediately to help resolve excruciating back pain. All communication was clear and kind. Very flexible. Greeted me warmly at the door when i arrived. The space is quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. Life changing work that saved me by alleviating excruciating back pain. I immediately felt better after the appointment. Lisa is clearly skilled at understanding and improving body mechanics by considering me holistically— addressing places in which I was having pain and other places that were either contributing to or being impacted by those areas. Using this skill and wisdom, she adjusted her approach throughout in a way that a less skilled therapist would not be able to do. She skillfully arranged bolsters to support and comfort me as much as possible at all times. She understands that impactful and effective work with tight muscles doesn’t require excessively deep pressure. The passive/assisted stretching was also helpful, and she taught me stretches I can do at home to continue to sustain and improve my strength and mobility. I’ve already recommended Lisa to several friends and family and will continue to send people her way!! With profound gratitude… ❤️
Lisa did everything she said she would! She used different techniques to help relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders, she gave suggestions on changes I could make in my posture, and even offered some dietary changes. I'm definitely going to return.
It is truly a wonderful place to receive a relaxing massage or a therapeutic massage if you're dealing with chronic pain in your body.

I have had MANY massages, done multiple rounds of physical therapy, and seen a chiropractor for a while, but no one makes my back feel as good as Lisa does. She's got magic hands. I cannot recommend her enough.
