Staff is professional and does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable. Dr. Smith and his team really care about their patients. I have been a patient their for over 20 years and feel so blessed to have an amazing team taking care of my teeth.
I am so disappointed with this office. I went to them because a filling fell out and needed to be replaced. The dentist assigned to me put in a temporary that fell out before I got out of the office. This should have been my first warning, but I went back the following week to have the permanent filling done. After two weeks, the permanent filling fell out. If this is the type of work they are offering to their patients, they can have it.
I've been going to Dr. Smith for over 6 years and truly enjoy their office professionalism and the cleanliness of the office. I referred my Godmother to him for dental service and she quite pleased too with his work!!! Love Dr. Smith and his staff.
I had my first dentist appt in many years here, and I was very nervous. The two receptionists I met, the hygienist, and the dentist were all incredibly friendly, informative, and kind. I saw Dr. Barnes, and she was wonderful. The office is clean and has a very welcoming environment. For a dentist appt, I sure had a pleasant time! Edit to add: I returned to Dr. Barnes for an appt to fill a cavity they found during the cleaning. I had a lot more anxiety than I thought I would and wasn't exactly the easiest patient. The whole time they went above and beyond to inform me what they were doing, encouraged me to communicate with them, tried to reassure me to calm me. I can't thank this dental practice enough!
Dr Barns is awesome. She explains to you what needs to be done, Concern about my comfort while i was getting my tooth extracted. I was surprised when I received a follow up call from her. Dentist I'm not on the top of my list what for favorite doctor's. But my experience with Dr Barns renewed my faith. I with she was around 20 years ago i still would have done a better job of taken care of my teeth. Glad I found her because after she is done with me I will be smiling showing all 32.
