Had the best experience with KCH! Communication was top notch, I put in a request a week before and very late at night and had an invoice within 5 or so hours. I had a question the day before pick up and had an email response within hours again. Love the pick up option because it really makes renting affordable and there is no minimum and affordable pricing which is such a gem in the DMV area. We rented a few tables and a bunch of folding chairs, all as advertised and great condition. I will definitely use KCH again for renting needs and highly recommend to anyone looking for event rentals. Thank you so much for the great all around experience!
SUPER PROMPT AND BUILT TO LAST. Rented a canopy tent for our first appearance as a vendor at a festival/fair type event: KCH made sure that we had plenty of time to organize our booth for the coming event, which turned out to be immeasurably helpful under the rain and wind throughout the event. Other canopies on our row were blown away under the harsh conditions, but the weights provided for our canopy were ideal to keep everything perfectly in place. Having KCH for our first outing really helped pull the whole thing together.
