This was my first time at K’s braiding. They are very organized you text the number for availability, $25 deposit and your all set. The ladies are very friendly and welcoming. I got 8 stitch feed-in cornrows the Nigerian lady she’s braids fast, experienced, accurate, and they have fair pricing! We were don’t less than 2 hours and she was gentle with my hair, I send her inspiration pictures I got exactly what I wanted, and I always get a lot of compliments on how neat my cornrows were. Best advice is go on their Instagram and text the number and ask who did this style so you can go to that braider! Book an appointment and give them a try.
I appreciated the timeliness of the hair braider. Being on time means a lot to me. My ONLY issue is that before and during the session, I asked the braider to NOT braid my hair tight and quite a few braids are very tight, especially around the edges that I'm trying to hold on to. Not sure if I'll be back. If tight braids are ok for you, then I definitely recommend.
Agree with one of the posters below in “all braiders aren’t equal”. I’ve been here twice for knotless braids and the first time they came out great and I believe they were done by the woman in charge but the last time I went, someone else did them and my braids came out very stiff and uneven between the front & back. I thought they would loosen up after a day or two however they didn’t so I’ve been stuck with a rushed looking hairstyle and stiff braids. Also, unfortunately due to their “policy” if you don’t say anything until after you leave the salon there’s nothing they can do and they won’t be willing to fix or accommodate.
