I haven’t used this company for about 4 years as we stopped since Covid but I look forward to renting from them for my twins birthday this year. They are always professional and easy to get through the rental process. Many companies have gone downhill with quality since Covid but I am confident that Jamaya Party Rental will continue to rise to any occasion. They truly value their customers and I loved their selection of rentals! My rental reservation is coming soon! And I will be back for another review!
I have used this company on 4 different occasions. They never disappoint. They have a wonderful and accommodating staff. The prices are great! My friends who I referred them too, say the same thing! Wonderful company. I will recommend over and over again.
Jamaya Party Rentals provided a clean, sturdy bounce house for our party. The delivery man explained how to manage it clearly, set it up quickly and it was delivered well in advance of our party. They picked it up in a timely fashion also and left my yard as they found it. What I loved the most was that they didn't charge by the hour. We had our moonbounce all day for no extra charge. I'd definitely use them again!
BEST EXPERIENCE FOR BOUNCY HOUSE EVER!! Not only were they courteous, but I accidentally ordered the wrong color bouncy house and they politely exchanged it in time before the party no questions asked ! The driver was nice, the person answering the phone had great customer service. The staff set up was fast and efficient, the price was excellent for 4 hours! The bouncy house was in great condition, the kids had a blast! I will definitely use them again. Just all around pleasant experience!
I ordered a tent, tables and chairs from Jamaya Party Rentals for my wedding in July. The customer service was top notch and the delivery personnel were very professional and on time. The set up was seamless and the equipment was in very good condition. Not to mention the company is BLACK OWNED and Operated. I will definitely be using their service again and would be recommending them to my family and friends.
