As part of that saving souls business, the church has a gym that is central to its sports ministry. I'm here today for a secular volleyball tournament. Nice gym-- in full court mode it has near-regulation hardwood floor, with stackable bleachers on one side. Push back the bleachers, and there are two side-by-side courts. Bathrooms have many toilets and a shower. No food onsite. Plenty o'parking.
If you have an accent, you are not American, Please don't waste your time going to this church. I never knew black people could be discriminatory to other black people until I visited this church. My children and I were "segregated', could not belong to any group because we were looked down. In this church, people automatically think you are a villian because you are a foreigner or have an accent. Because of this ICOG, I decided not to belong to any church. The most judgmental group of people I have never imagined that they could be found in church. Please if you don't want your faith to suffer, do not visit this place. And I forgot to add that I emailed Pastor Pumphrey, Cyrus, and Jackson with my concerns, and how I felt. None of them responded to me. What does that imply? Anyway, worst experience in my Christian's life.
Very spacious and big parking lot
Been going to ICOG for years on and off. My husband had grown up in with this church community. Recently when I was ready to join the church they welcomed me with open arms. The sermons speak volumes and the pastors are down the earth. They don’t judge you. I love the music and dance ministry. My family and I are so happy we found this beautiful church.
My first experience with this Church started about 14 years ago. Although I strayed away I had to come back because something was missing in my life and I found it again. There is a special something about this Church atmosphere that captivates you to worship. The spirit may drop at any moment and you know you are in the presence of the Lord. Please come and worship with us. You will not leave the same way you came.
