Indulgence Health is a hidden gem in Bowie. Venise Dixon is an exceptional massage therapist! I was looking for a masseuse that could understand what type of therapy was needed each time I came in, and I found that with the Integrative Massage session. I am so relaxed afterward and don't want to leave. Their belly dancing classes are a lot of fun as well. Indulgence Health is an incredible place for different modalities of self-care. So glad I found them.

I love getting a massage with Morgan. Each time is a little different but very relaxing. The quiet rooms with candles and relaxing music are great to put me at ease. The heated table keeps me warm during my massage. Morgan helps me practice deep breathing during the massage, which sometimes puts me into a meditative state. Finishing up with some ice water is very refreshing.
I see Morgan for massage therapy. She is very good, attentive, focuses on your specific concerns and experienced in different modalities. Support local and black owned business.
