I had a great experience working with Icon Bridal & Formal to find my wedding dress! I was the only customer in the store during my wedding dress appointment, and felt truly catered to the whole time. I had no idea what type of dress I wanted, and Theresa was great about choosing options & narrowing them down based on feedback I voiced once I tried them on. I never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions, and left with 2 “top options” to think about. Once I chose my dress and it was delivered to the store, setting up an alteration appointment was easy - Connie (the owner!) & her team were flexible with working within my schedule. I also feel like Connie went the extra mile to make sure she communicated with me via phone & text throughout the process. Mariela & Connie did an amazing job at altering my dress, and were very patient throughout the whole process. I was SO happy with the end result, and continue to get compliments on my dress post-wedding (photos courtesy of Aimee Custis Photography).
I’m super thankful for the ladies at iCON Bridal & Formal. I bought my dress out of state before I moved to Maryland, and they altered my dress for me. On top of being patient and kind during alterations, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and beautiful in my dress.

Icon Bridal & Formal and their team are amazing. It was my first bridal appointment and I was a little nervous because I was not sure about what I wanted for my wedding dress, however, Connie was so kind, patient and wonderful and helped me out to find different options for me, and finally my dream dress. I would definitely recommend Icon, they are great!!! ♥️
The appointment went incredibly smooth. I was very impressed with how easy the process was and how efficiently I was able to try on several wedding dresses as I narrowed down my options. I left the appointment having found my dress. I cannot thank the staff there enough for making the experience so positive and easy.
