Sasha is a hair “care” expert!! She focuses on your strand health and not just styling your hair. Her hands are growing my hair. I love the service each time. Sasha is a Must if you are looking for hair care along with great styling.
I’ve waited and written out this review many times. I continue to stun myself in disbelief of Sasha‘s terrible service. To begin her unprofessional services left extensive damage to my hair after just two sessions she left me with irreversible burning of hair and scalp damage.(Picture proof provided). I had chunks of hair fall out. Multiple direct attempts of compromise were made by me. She refused to give me a price adjustment or a refund. All that she offered was further treatment but I declined for fear of further damage. I work in the same plaza as her and I’m always reminded of the terrible experience in services she provided. There’s so many other things to list like the fact that she was an hour late to our first session. Degraded and insulting me multiple times by stating things like “you’re a little girl I don’t expect you to understand”. Lying about availability to me by saying she doesn’t work a certain day but at the same time posting on her socials that she has availability on that same day. CONTINUOUSLY failing to send me any of my receipts, till this day has yet to send one. I paid nearly $500 & left with hair with reversible damage, Hair that I didn’t ask for and that I didn’t want. Which is why this little girl has filed for a civil lawsuit that I assume she forgot about. I had to spend upwards of $400 towards personalized hair treatments to attempt to better the damage. She caused humiliation,emotional distress disfigurement, & mental anguish. She lacked good customer service and a sense of morality at that. She took advantage of me & assumed that because of my age and nonassertive character nothing would be done. Its been almost a year & ive developed a fear of sitting at a salon chair because of this ordeal. Every time i glance at the salontra i get an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach constantly being reminded of such a horrible experience. All in all. DO NOT GO TO HER. The owner of the establishment was very kind and suggested the civil lawsuit. The concierge at the facility was very kind & offered a list of at home remedies I can do as well as her sincerest apologies. I’m sure there’s other great hairstylist in the facility it’s just not Sasha.
Sasha has made three beautiful wigs for me with high quality human hair! I must say that quality of the high human hair is exquisite and takes well with coloring. Soon I’ll be getting my fourth wig made and in January or February loc extensions! The wig craftsmanship is impeccable. Sasha has a beautiful spirit, great personality and makes sure all clients adhere to the CO-VID 19 regulations.
Amazing and professional hairstylist. She pays attention to details. Gives extra services just to make sure the customer is satisfied. She is the best 😍😍
