Customer service can be improved. I called and asked about a service and I hear a woman in the background say ‘tell her no’ and the woman on the phone responds to me and says ‘ not really’. The professional response would be something like “ We aren’t available at that time, would you like to schedule another date or time” Unfortunately, the lack of customer service skills would lead me not to reschedule. It’s usually an indicator that the salon isn’t up to par.
If you're looking for a black hair stylist go somewhere else unless your getting braids, wigs or extensions. When I requested a wrap and curl, they didnt even know what that was. One girl tried to place wrapping paper from the top of my head to under my chin and I had to stop her! Talk about a hair raising experience. Aren't there any stylists that do real hair anymore? So sad as I don't wear fake hair.

I got serviced at headline hair salon and my experience was absolutely amazing , down to all the employees they were really welcoming . Natalie her self the owner was very helpful to me as well and I left with the most best silk press !!!! Highly recommend this salon .
