I called to receive a silk press. I can do this service myself and am a licensed cosmetologist but I simply wanted the nice experience of being in a salon. Natalie is unprofessional in that she will barely acknowledge or speak to you. She didn’t consult me, was 20 minutes late and charged me 100. Keep in mind I did not receive any styling nor a trim or treatment.. I’ve never paid 100 for a wash blow dry and straighten. If something was being added, I wouldn’t know because she didn’t tell me. Pros: quick, nice outcome Cons: bad if you are big on experience and customer service.
Natalie took great care of my hair. She is knowledgeable and knew exactly what my hair needed and gave me a plan to get my hair healthy. I plan to see her again!
Natalie has been a life-saver on numerous occasions! As a busy graduate student, it's hard to take great care of my hair. Natalie always seems to work miracles for my hair. She has also been flexible with her times and is always available when I need to come in. She has a positive attitude and is great to talk to after a long day. She clearly loves her work and seems genuinely invested in her clients' hair. She has the best products and seems to remember which ones work best for each of her clients. I would highly recommend her to everyone!
Natalie is awesome! I went to her not expecting to like my hair because its thinning, but she created a miracle! When i saw my hair I was so pleased i have been going back every 2 weeks. Great stylist!
Natalie is a fantastic stylist and a lovely person. She has transformed the health of my hair and always sends me home looking fabulous! She is well versed and able to meet any of your hairstyling needs--she styled my hair for my wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair, and she goes out of her way to be flexible which is often rare with stylists. Definitely hire Natalie for any of your hair needs!!
