Fantastic. They are the best! From the admin staff, x-ray techs, med techs, hygenist, treatment plan coordinator and doctors, very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Each person explained in detail, in language that I could understand what they were going to do and why it needed to be done. Clinic was clean and I was comfortable. This is a first class clinic; the best I’ve been in; EVER!
As someone who has been coming to Fenton for years, the quality of service has seriously deteriorated. I'm sure that new patients will have a more positive experience, but it seems that once you stick around long enough they feel as though they can do whatever they please. I got a crown and completed my Invisalign here, but I do not see myself returning seeing how the quality of care does not benefit me anymore. It does not make sense for me to confirm an appointment both online and by phone call for 10 am to then arrive at 9:50 and be told I was late for a 9:30 appointment. Even after proving I had been correct, there seemed to be no care that they were the ones in the wrong. This was the third strike for me personally, and I warn others to be wary of coming here if you have other options available for care. Thank you for everything so far Fenton, but it seems like I'm being told to leave and never look back.
I am only commenting and will update after the research on this location. I read mixed reviews but the clients that i will be referring are concerned due to dental phobia from issues such as shady Billing and performing wrong procedures that cause more damage to where it gets very pricey for them. So prior to anything, how well do you treat clients who have a dentist phobia and which one of your doctors can validate to take ownership to perform a good job regardless of their insurance? Secondly, it was brought to my attention that those with medicaid dental or Kaiser were mistreated versus those with high end insurances, could you explain to me why the indifference of both have insurances? This is just for notation prior to sending you the new clients and that I can establish a trusting atmosphere for those families. For now i will start with 5 stars since you respond quickly. My x-ray, cleaning and exam were quick and easy, but for some random reason I wasn’t told I wasn’t eligible for fluoride rise until the end of the appointment. Ultimately everyone in the office blamed my insurance. It’s not a huge deal i don’t think dental wise, I can rinse at home…but I would have at least like to have been informed that something as normal as a rinse wasn’t included in my treatment. It just didn’t feel right.
This review is based on my experience with the billing office. I left Maryland almost 2 years ago and recently received a bill. My insurance has shared that I do not need to pay the bill. I have called the billing office many times and never hear back. I even spoke with the front desk who has told me that the bill will be handled. However, every few months the bill comes back. I would appreciate speaking with someone in the billing office instead of constantly leaving messages that do not get answered. Additionally, this dentist office does not abide by unsubscription requirements. They will constantly bother you with emails and text messages.
