This was a follow-up to my initial wax appointment. Jes actually took me earlier than scheduled (which was great). She was professional and explained the process while she worked, also answering any questions I had thoroughly along the way. She recommended products and provided a free sample. I will be exploring the other services she offers. Highly recommended.

I purchased a Groupon from Faced by Jes and she has no slots available for booking. It gets frustrating trying to be in contact with this business and get what you paid for but not get any resolve. The Groupon has an expiration and according to her booking site she doesn't have anything available going into 2022. I hope business is just booming like that, but it is unfortunate when promotions are put in sites such as Groupon and you can't get an appointment to have selected services performed.
