I ordered 2 yoni oils on July 9 on website and I still haven’t received my products. I have sent emails and left messages only to get the run around. I have not received an answer to why haven’t I received my products. I really loved the oils and it’s ashamed that this is how you run your business. I left messages about getting a refund and I even stopped at the shop and no one was there even when you go online and it says open. It’s very unfortunate that it has to come to this where I have to leave not so great review.
When I walked in I felt welcome and I was happy to be there. This was my first time trying out a yoni steam. I booked online a Single Person Yoni Steam with Anisha .I was trying to conceive so I went with a yoni steam geared for fertility... And it worked currently 8 weeks pregnant . They offer different services definitely something you should try
Unfortunately I began the experience with this place with an open mind giving them the benefit of the doubt with no merit. They have poor work ethic, do not meet appointments that they make mandatory for you to make, they quote one price for a service and charge you another price when you pay which makes for poor customer service skills they do not compensate you fat times when they are completely responsible for not meeting your appointment because the shop is closed the bathrooms are not up to par and cleanliness is not a priority for the this business. My very last experience was horrible I would never ever go back nor would I recommend anyone go to this yoni dreaming place despite times I supported this a business I realized they do not value faithful customers . The pictures uploaded are from different occasions they do not clean this place dead flies on the window seal disgusting do NOT I repeat do not waste your time here you will be disappointed.
I loved this place. It’s super relaxing and the staff members are nice. However, I purchased a fibroid package July 17th to be exact and never received my package. I called several times and would either get the run around about my package being stuck at the mail center or that I would get a tracking number. Never received a tracking number or a solution. I usually don’t post negative reviews but I’m highly disappointed. I’ve been looking forward to doing the steams from home and I’ve purchased in store steams a number of times as well. It’s frustrating when you’ve been nice and waiting to hear back and nothing comes of it except “call us back in 5 minutes” I even just wanted to come in for steams in house to make up for the lost package of $250. Awesome team but this is not okay as we are approaching 2 months without a solution.
My daughter and I have been here several times and the experience gets worse each time. The 1st visit was on Mother's Day a few years ago. My family bought a package deal to spoil me. I had never been to a spa so, it was a good experience. I purchased the yoni oil that she makes and it works wonders. My daughter and I were trying to support her and her black owner business. After the 2nd visit I was concerned. The bathroom was dusty and dirty, like no one ever cleans. We have tried to stop by to purchase only the yoni oil but it's never in stock or they aren't open. We were told to order online so, eventually we did. To bad we never received the 3 bottles (with shipping charges) that we ordered. My bank called because they thought it was fraud. I ok'ed the charges and I still didn't receive anything. I had to contact PayPal to start a refund claim. Her response was to provide a shipping label. She only made the label and didn't ship anything. I eventually received my money back after I told PayPal I didn't want the product just my money back. I don't want the yoni oil because now I am scared to put it on my body, if I received it. Save your Time & Money. My suggestion is to Stay Away for your own peace of mind.
