Best experience I could ever imagine. At any time I was feeling pain or discomfort during the procedure, Dr K immediately stopped & made sure I was no longer feeling any pain or discomfort. I was very nervous at the beginning due to past bad experiences but after this one, I will no longer be "scared" of any procedure that may come up as long as it's Dr K doing the work, she is absolutely an amazing dentist as well as an amazing person to deal with. I would definitely recommend Dental Care of Baltimore to anyone especially if you have major anxiety towards going to the dentist. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me while having all my teeth pulled, a bone graph done & a pair of the nicest dentures I could even imagine. Hats off to the whole staff cause everyone will make you feel right at home.
This dental facility is top notch. I went in for a root canal with Dr. Toulson and actually had a pleasant experience. She was very informative with each step of the process. I was overtly nervous, yet her years of experience graciously accepted my fears and worked to make my visit less frightening. I recommend her establishment for the professionalism and expertise they provide.
I believe I died and went to dental heaven! My visit was so amazing from the time I entered the office and interacted with the reception staff till the time I went to have my x-rays done and finally meeting with Miss Kara, my dentist and oh even the person that does your financial consultation. Everyone was professional, polite and happy to help and answer any questions that I had. Oh, and not to mention the hot cloth that they give you to wipe your face after they’re done with the procedure was icing on the cake. This is my first visit here and it definitely will not be my last. I will be telling all my friends about this amazing place. —ladyb
I had not been to the dentist out of fear for at least 5 years so needless to say my nerves were frazzled walking in. The Hygienist made me feel comfortable and Dr. Toulson was amazing! She was gentle and kind, non-judgmental and willing to help me get my oral health back on track. We made a treatment plan that was not overwhelming, and flexible with my schedule. Iam looking forward to this "take back my health journey, without fear".
I love this dentist office. I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the past few months and Dr. K and her staff made me feel comfortable every visit. They are always quick and efficient. I’ve never waited in the lobby more than 3 minutes. They were prepped and ready for me every time. I’m never going to another dentist office God willing.
