I hadn't been to a dentist in YEARS and due to poor dental hygiene I was experiencing intense toothaches from cavities. When I needed someone who could help me deal with the situation quickly I looked to the people at Bowie Dental Wellness. They responded to my problem as if it were their own. With their help I got back to being pain free faster than I expected and they put me on a plan to improve my overall dental health to ensure things like this wouldn't occur in the future. Dr. Holness and the rest of the staff are all professional, friendly and courteous. They are flexible and very accommodating, from scheduling appointments to their financial payment options. I received outstanding service at every turn.
The office at Bowie Dental Wellness is very clean, updated and thoroughly sanitized. The staff is amazing and walked me through every step of the way. Dr. Holness is awesome! She worked quickly and tried to make sure I was at ease at all times (even with the crown service she had done for me). I can’t explain how knowledgeable every staff member at this facility is; from the staff at the front desk, dental assistants, and Dr. Holness, herself. I highly recommend!
Dr. Holness is amazing 🤩 She is extremely kind and very professional. I love that she discusses every step of the process with you. There are no surprises. The equipment is innovative and high end. She is patient and does not rush the appointment. The office is beautiful and very very clean. I love that the Dentist and staff wear masks and face shields for your protection, during the current pandemic. Patients were masks until being serviced and you temperature is taken. This is a plus!! The staff is extremely kind and friendly. I had a great experience and highly recommend Dr. Holeness. If there were an option to give 10 stars, I would.
I love Dr. Holness and her team. This is such an intimate business that truly cares about the quality of their work and the comfort of their patients. I am always greeted when I come in the door, I rarely have to wait, and it was easy rescheduling my appointment after the recent storm. Today, I had a cleaning and sealants put on my teeth. It was quick and painless; the entire process and price were explained to me before the work began. I didn’t feel pressured to get them, and the benefits of preventative work were explained too. This is such an awesome practice. I’d highly recommend Bowie Dental Wellness.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Bowie Dental Wellness. Under the dentist's perceived expertise, and against my wishes, she removed a permanent retainer. As a result, my teeth have shifted and the retainer her staff gave me, in a plastic bag, has cracked. It’s been difficult to reach anyone at the office, and exceptionally frustrating. I’m angry and I feel as if she ruined my smile.
