We ordered the casket spray for my father's funeral from Baltimore Blossoms, because they were recommended by the funeral home. I was very excited about the order, because the person that assisted me on the phone was friendly and competent. I wanted to customize a spray that they had on their website with different colors, and she said that they could accommodate my request. The price seemed in line with what we expected to pay ($350). However, the actual product that we received was disappointing. It was smaller than I expected for the price and the flowers were dull during the visitation (as pictured). On the next day for the funeral, many of the flowers were visibly wilting. Considering that the casket spray is front and center for the entire service, I was let down by how they turned out.
I have been using Rachelle/Baltimore Blossoms for years to send flowers to my mother-in-law for years and have always been extremely pleased. Recently, Rachelle provided the flowers for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday party. Everyone commented on how lovely they were and I was particularly blown away by the unique flower & balloon display she put together for the cake table. Rachelle never fails to disappoint and is lovely to work with.
We cannot say enough good things about Baltimore Blossoms, who provided the flowers and decorations for our wedding this past May. Our praise is only exceeded by how much we adored working with Morgan, who was our point of contact for everything. From the first call, she was excited, passionate, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, in addition to being creative with our budget. Baltimore Blossoms provided our wedding arch, vase rentals, candles, bouquets, boutonnieres, and multiple greenery runners, and everything was perfect. Morgan was also dedicated to sustainability, working with our desire to have as small a footprint as possible, and provided us local, in-season flowers, rentals, and plastic-free options. She was one of our favorite people to work with for our wedding and we are so grateful to her and the team at Baltimore Blossoms for making our wedding vision a reality!
This is a heartfelt 5/5. I've used Baltimore Blossoms services for 2 birthdays and Mother's Day- not only are their arrangements consistently beautiful, full, and more than we expected, but also the service remains outstanding. I live out of state and had a same day delivery request- the team at Baltimore Blossoms didn't hesitate to help me with my gift. I don't often write reviews, but I feel that you are getting more than your money's worth with quality and service. Furthermore, the photos online don't do their work justice. Thank you for the consistently great service!
I worked with Baltimore Blossoms for my wedding and highly recommend! The bouquets and boutonnieres were all gorgeous. Morgan was very easy to work with and very thorough during the planning process. The pricing is also quite reasonable compared to some other florists I looked at. Highly recommend!
