Dr. Buckle and her staff were wonderful and they took care of me during my wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Buckle was very reassuring and comforting during the entire procedure. The staff were great and assigned me an appointment as soon as they had availability. They gave me a lot of great information about care post procedure and what I needed to do before the procedure as well. If it was humanly possible for me to have anymore wisdom teeth and they needed to be extracted this would be my first place to go to.
I was referred to Avie Oral Surgery Group by the VA to get two implants. I have been impressed with them since my initial appointment. Their level of professionalism is off the charts. Their response and follow up have been exceptional. Dr. Buckle did an exceptional job so far with my implants. She had me in and out within one hour for the first part of the implants with minimal pain. Kudos to the Avie Oral Surgery Group Team.
Im not exactly sure where this bad reviews are coming from, but from my perspective, Dr buckle and Tony both saved my life. Tony is very professional, pleasant, caring, and understanding! He truly cares about patient, and Dr buckle is an angel!!! She genuinely cares and is super kind, knowledgeable, and obviously very intelligent!!!This is by far the best dental office/ oral surgery clinic i have ever been to in the US. Ignore these negative reviews, they are not accurate:) ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Tony at the front desk needs customer service classes so this establishment can receive 5 *****s unanimously! I scheduled an appointment for my minor aged son to get his 4 wisdom teeth removed after a consultation in the beginning of April for the latter part of May. I never received a confirmation call or email prior to the scheduled May appointment. So I tried calling several times and left voicemails prior to the scheduled surgery to confirm and to see if there were any pre-surgery instructions. No one ever answered the phone nor returned my messages. When my son and I arrived on the scheduled day of service I was a little perturbed and try to explain the situation to Tony. I was then told by Tony, the initial front of the establishment, if I didn’t want to do business with them there, that I could go somewhere else. WHAT!, that’s not how you handle a situation with the customer. I wasn’t initially made to feel accommodated or at ease by Tony. I then was charged $1.00 for a mask to continue to be seen before I was to pay $500 for the services. I understand mask may be required in the establishment, but $1.00 for a mask when I’m doing business with and spending money there. Since the pandemic has eased and the mask mandates are pretty much lifted. Any time I go to a dentist, or doctor’s office/ hospital and a mask is required, a FREE mask is supplied to be serviced. Other than that, I give Dr. Buckle, her assistant, and the establishment 5 ***** Gold Stars. Dr. Buckle and the assistant were excellent with great chair side manner. I would definitely recommend Avie Oral Surgery!!!
Super friendly and professional staff! The office is clean and inviting. I had came in for a tooth extraction and the surgeon was very honest and told me the tooth could be repaired, even found a dentist that took my insurance for me and sent in my referral! So wish they performed general dentistry, i would love to come here every 6 months lol!
