I wouldn’t give any stars if possible. I initially took my wedding dress in based off recommendations but I learned the hard way. He denies I made any verbal corrections to how the dress felt after the first and second fitting. During the first fitting I mentioned how it was tight and how my sleeves were still loose. He told me he couldn’t do anymore to the sleeves, the bustle I wanted could NOT be done and did nothing with the fit. The second fitting I was in tears. I took photos of me in the dress and left. I then took it to another tailor who CAN do the bustle and said the work he did was unacceptable. The whole dress has to be redone. When I confronted Mr. Bah calmly he proceeded to get very aggressive with me and yelled at me. Refusing any form of refund. Do not go. He is unprofessional and will ruin your most precious garments. He is not an accredited business and has a D+ rating from the BBB.
Great service and work. Sports coat that I bought fits perfectly. Will be returning for more items.
