The party rentals were top-notch! Everything we rented, from tables and chairs was in excellent condition. Cleanliness and safety were clearly a priority, and it showed in the quality of the equipment.
I wouldn’t recommend using this company if you’re doing rentals for a wedding. This company did a horrible job handling my wedding day order yesterday. I called to place my order and pay the bill in full months ago with special pickup. The billing process was horribly managed, which I asked several times to charge the deposit for the order to the same card used for the remaining order costs. I got a notice the day before my wedding that the deposit is past due. I called during my wedding day and the day before during their business hours to get this cost addressed and no one ever called back. To add insult to injury, I arranged special pickup of my order for Saturday, today, by noon within their business hours. No one called and picked up my order. I called during their limited business hours and not one person responded. We brought all the order items down to the ground level as instructed. This company created so much unwarranted stress on my wedding day and the day before my honeymoon. For any consumers, please use a different company. At this rate, they’ll be lucky if they get the remainder.
It's cheap and easy to use service. But the tables were awful. My fault for not checking them before I left but I would have not expected to be given chairs and tables that are damaged. We ended having to tape the corners of the tables and put tablecloths on them. If I had known in advance they needed table cloth I would not be so so frustrated. Would I rent again yes for a small party ( I only needed two tables and 12 chairs). But I would not rent for a major party or wedding. Unless you need to save money.
First impressions and quality of service matters when dealing with customers. My fiancé , God sister and I were met with no greeting as we walked into the office. We were met with a woman in the middle is a conversation with her phone plugged in across the room and had to jump over her cord. She also looked at us as if we were disturbing her conversation. That created an uncomfortable and hostile experience.We were then help by a different lady who gave us a little better service. We placed an order for pick 9/22/22 and waited over 40 mins as they couldn’t find our order. We had to switch the color of our chairs we put on reservation as they told us we didn’t have them anymore. There was also no sense of urgency with this matter. All of the tables were broken, dented and chip. I work for a rental company in nyc and this is not the manner or care that items that you are renting out should look. The service of this rental company is very unprofessional.Extremely disappointed in this. Would not recommend to anyone.
From start to finish it was a seamless experience renting tables and chairs for my party last weekend. Selected everything through their website and picked everything up at their new location in Laurel (they used to be in Waldorf) Dan was fantastic and helped me load everything. Will rent again!
