I was in desperate need of something to be done to my hair before a trip and Tangles and Locs came in Clutch! All the employees there were very kind and welcoming. Tangles and locs has been a great place that truly shows the beauty of my locs. Shy has been great both in styling my hair and giving the best customer service i have gotten. since the first time i got my hair done by shy i have continued going to shy and will continue going to shy because she hasnt disappointed me yet.
“Shy” did an excellent job on my loc re-twisting and styling. I’ve been coming to Tangles and Locs for about 2 years now and as stylists come and go, she’s always been the one that makes me feel the most comfortable. She provides great conversation about music, or just general tea. She does the styling in a timely manner, as she is the most requested person in the salon. With this experience, it really does make the drive from federal way worth it.
This is the place to go for natural hair needs. The environment is welcoming, clean, and professional. Every single stylist there is at the top of their game and the customer service is top tier on all levels. You will not be disappointed, they are the truth❤️🙌🏿 I'm not from here, but as long as I reside here, I will be coming back here for all my beauty needs. Hair care, lashes, barber services and more. I've been going to T&L for over two years and have always had a positive experience there, the owner is super kind and remembers you each time you go and goes out of her way to talk with you. Mary is my go to stylist and is very fast and takes great care of my locs!
