Congolese food, a new experience. We checked Instagram to confirm hours. The chicken stew has a nice mixture of spices and nice consistency. The texture of the fufu was just right for the stew. We shared this with the grilled fish. Hibiscus drink with spices topped off a nice lunch. They are learning the ropes, so the wait was worth it for the fresh taste.
I really love the concept of this eatery! Rotating stalls that change daily that support BIPOC families and groups while providing commercial cooking spaces and amazing varied food :) loved the mantu dumplings (Afghan dumplings with sour cream and lentils on top). Super savory, comforting and filling. Plenty of great food to try that is super hard to find elsewhere in Seattle!
The Egusi soup and Fufu was phenomenal me and my friend had been looking for a place that made this dish and Spice bridge did not disappoint. Thank you so much, I loved the aesthetic of the global food hall!

Spice Bridge is a “food hall” where immigrant BIPOC women establish their footing for a restaurant or food truck. Your patronage supports a great cause. But don’t go just for that. WOAH is it GOOD!! It looks cafeteria style but this is some of the best food I’ve had. Especially meaningful that the chef/business owner delivers your food and explains what you have (and how to eat it). The stuffed chicken wing at Theary was (dare I say) life changing. The grilled goat, sambusas, and beignets from Taste of Congo was very unique and delicious, portion enough for lunch and dinner. There’s not a ton of space to sit and eat inside and it can get crowded!! Go on a nice day and enjoy this deliciousness outside in Tukwila Village courtyard. Don’t forget to check out the vendor mall booths next door! Such a great place and so much variety, lots of options to choose from.
