Basil was so nice and polite. He did great on my hair ( balayage, haircut and blowout) I like the most on how he cut my hair. The only one, I know how to cut hair since I left Philippines. I really like the outcome of my hair and gets a lot of compliments. Definitely, I will be back and I will recommend him.
This is not my first visit to Rocksteady, nor is it my first review of this business. Point is, I am extremely happy with my hair when Basil has finished his magic. I started Keratin Treatments a few yrs ago & am thrilled that I found Rocksteady & Basil to keep the service going. Today's service had the glitch of the power going out to the bldg in the middle of my treatment. Basil was great - he worked on timing to insure I got what I needed. So I ran out expecting to keep myself busy for at least an hour or more, but shortly after I left, Basil texted to let me know the power was back up. I raced back & everything turned out fine! I applaud Basil for his handling of the power outage (Eversource issue), continuing my service (if needed, he offered to meet me on Sunday to start from scratch!), & making my hair look as good as I expected it would! And the fact that he recently moved to Branford? Even closer for me! Thanks!!
Always happy with the results! Joe consults with me about what I want and is spot on with his advice. I’m often complimented on the color and condition - my hair is much healthier. His studio is a super cool environment and not shy on personality - love this place ❤️
