Amazing place. Darlene does an AMAZING job with my hair. I absolutely love her. Staff is very professional, kind and accommodating. I only trust Darlene with my hair no one else. And Aqsa I hope I spelled her name right gives amazing facials and is very VERY knowledgeable in the skincare field.

LifeSpa - This review of LifeSpa is well-overdue. I come here monthly for a massage with Gina. Always easy to schedule, and the front desk is friendly. The atmosphere is very happy and relaxing. Really enjoyable experience and I cannot recommend LifeSpa enough. I prefer heavy pressure for my massages, I usually get deep tissue or pressure point massages, and Gina doesn't disappoint! Her calming presence, healing touch, and intuitive technique are the framework for a truly therapeutic experience. I felt entirely comfortable in her care and was amazed by her strength and skill. I especially loved the personalized approach and incorporation of hot stones and aromatherapy. Very relaxing and restorative. Thank you so much for being so hardworking and friendly. I can't wait until next time.

I have been coming to the salon since they opened for a men's haircut. The stylist has been great, and I would give her a 5+ star review if possible!! The issue that I have is that I had an appointment scheduled and was unable to make the scheduled appointment due to a meeting at work running late, I called before the appointment time (only 20 minutes notice) and told them I was unable to make it. I was informed of the cancellation policy that they had in place, which is 50% of the scheduled service I believe (I was charged $25) I explained to the woman on the phone that this was the first cancellation in 3 years and that they should waive the fee since I was willing to reschedule the appointment. The only way the fee was to be waived was if I came in that night for a later appointment that the stylist had available. Unfortunately, I was unable to do the later appointment. At this time, I was getting frustrated, while I respect company policy, I also understand in certain situations some policies need to be adjusted accordingly. I told the woman on the phone to feel free to charge the cancellation fee and if she does, they will lose a customer. I was charged the fee and they indeed lost a customer. Now the reason I asked the fee to be waived was because within the last year the same stylist had to cancel on me on two separate occasions. For one of the times, they had to cancel my appointment I had already left work early and was on my way to the salon. I understand that sometimes these things happen and had no problem with the salon cancelling my appointment two times, but the one time I have to cancel I'm hit with a $25 fee. I didn't receive a $25 credit when they had to cancel my appointment. Either way as stated earlier, the stylist was wonderful, it's been sometime since this has happened and I have had some horrible haircuts since deciding to go elsewhere due to their cancellation policy which I paid!!

The best pedicure you will ever have! Kim is the BEST! It is super clean, quiet, and relaxing. You don’t have to be a member of Lifetime to book at the spa. After plenty of average pedicures at several of the local places, this is by far the best! My last one still looked perfect a month later, even after a trip to the beach.
