I'm big on customer service, and this place had it in spades! I met with Chelsea for the first time a couple weeks ago. I explained that I had purchased my own tape-in extensions and that I was looking for a salon to professionally put them in and blend with my own hair. She did an AMAZING job. She was super knowledgeable and gave me helpful tips in maintaining my extensions to get full use out of them. I will definitely return for removal and reapplication. Well done Scarlett & Sage!!
I won’t go again the expectations was meet at alll.I wanted a layers and this what I had the expectations was high. The lady was good but i guess she was not that much experienced
Brittani was super sweet and did AMAZING balayage work on my hair! Not many people know how to do authentic, hand-painted balayage, as it truly is an art. But Brittani did, and left my hair looking sun-kissed bright and naturally dimensional! Thank you!!
They have snacks! 😆 But if you need more details, it's a nice, comfortable, and clean studio. Clients and staff were all in lovely moods and happy to be there. Amanda was so helpful in figuring out a plan to correct the bad haircut I received somewhere else. The owner is great and so helpful. I'll definately be back.
Was not impressed with the knowledge Chelsea has with color. I specifically said no yellow highlights. I wanted silver. Even wrote on profile for her , what I like least about my hair. Hate when it has yellow !!! Guess what, it’s yellow!I made a very BIG mistake to not get price$ before hving highlights done. I hv been getting my hair colored for 40 years by some of the best in the country back in my modeling days. Never ever was I charged separately for a toner after hving hair highlights. Always part of the color process when lightened. Had I known was a separate fee of $45 on top of $240 Jst for highlights. Professionals in LA charge famous people that kinda price. This is Culpeper Virginia. Absolutely shocked at the price. .😫cane back to hv her fix it & she insisted she’s a master color specialist & saw no yellow🫣 Omg. I even showed her other stylist my before & after Picts, all said, it’s yellow & she should Hv used silver toner. I will show the video of her consultation w/ me to all hair dressers & put the wrd out, she’s delusional. No way has enough experience in silver highlights. Mayb should travel the worl & go to current hair shows for updates on what silver is. Or Jst admit she’s not that experienced in todays color. Great for older ladies who hv never been out of Culpeper. Very roof & unprofessional .do u see silver🤔
