Wow! What an incredible experience at Coven. I’ve been going to the same hair girl for a few years, but I’ve never been super impressed. On a whim, I decided to give Coven a shot- and what a great decision that was! Loved my time in the chair with Calypso. She was so sweet and personable, but mostly just really cared that I had a great experience. She made sure to give styling tips as she went so I can create the same look at home and asked several times to make sure that I liked the look she was going for. Thanks so much Stephanie and Calypso for a great morning!

A-freaking-mazing atmosphere, a salon where I felt truly at home! Quinton was absolutely amazing and completed my hair color better than I even envisioned…like astounding transformation and gave me a fresh little trim. He was 100% transparent with price estimates and there were no “hidden” fees I didn’t know about, like adding weird charges for blow drying hair ect, that’s included in the price of your service!!! I haven’t felt like myself in awhile and going to Coven helped accomplish that! Seriously go see them you will NOT be disappointed! Now I’m wedding ready 💞✨🐈‍⬛👻

Seriously the best color experience I have ever had in my life. I did months of research to find the right person and I am so glad I went with Steph. I was super nervous about doing a gray transition and she absolutely killed it. I love it so much. She talked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable and she was so careful to listen to exactly what my vision was for my hair. It turned out way beyond my expectations and she maintained my hair integrity the entire time. The whole process was so fun and everyone was so sweet and clearly loves working there. Thank you!!

Steph welcomed me from the second I entered. She offered her expertise to guide me to the best color selection for a much needed change- a little fun- still professional. I'm thrilled with the results and the entire experience at Coven. I've finally found my "hair home!" Great vibe, great job!

I went here because I was in need of a good haircut and as someone with curly hair, it's hard to find stylists who can cut my hair right. I went to their website and tried to schedule a haircut with their stylist who specializes in curly hair. However I was a little confused because the prices for curly haircuts were 20-100 dollars more expensive than a standard 60 dollar one. I called the store and I was assured that I could still schedule a 60 dollar one if I didn't want to do those options, and just wanted a plain, easy haircut. No special products, washing, or styling. I go in for my appointment and tell the stylist what I want, and she did a very good job with my haircut, and I'm still honestly happy with it today. However one of my biggest issues was with how I was treated while I had my haircut. I was talking with her about my hair routine (I'll admit some of my routines are not the best for my hair) and instead of being recommended any products to help with styling and care, I kinda felt judged for how I chose to take care of my hair. Even when I mentioned what products I used, she just told me to use salon quality products. Then when she asked where I go to get my products, and I said grocery stores or Walgreens, she again just told me to use salon quality products. But didn't recommend any brands or specific products. I just felt like she was trying to get me to buy products from there as opposed to actually trying to help me. I felt very judged, as if I should be ashamed for not being able to afford nice products like that. It was just a very uncomfortable experience for me. Then at the end of it all, when my haircut was said and done, she told me she had to charge extra because of the extra work she had to do on my hair because it's thick and curly. Which I understand, you want to be paid for your time, however, it just doesn't make sense to me that the stylist who specializes in curly hair has to charge extra to cut curly hair. Without even being styled or washed. And I was charged 80 dollars! That's absolutely insane pricing for a haircut and no styling that all took less than an hour. I didn't argue it then because I'm bad with confrontation and I work in customer service too so I didn't want to make a big stink of it, and I still tipped on top of it so in total I actually spent 95 dollars on a standard haircut with no styling. It's hard enough finding hair salons that can cut curly hair well, let alone one that doesn't have insane prices just because my hair is not "standard" or a "specialty." I really did not like my experience here and I left feeling good about my haircut but bad about being taken advantage of and talked down to.
