Nothing made me want to go back to be honest. Top notch service, pretty good food, not sold on the overall value. The steak is pretty good, but there's half a dozen steak houses within a block that do it just as well (or better) for cheaper. The deconstructed dark chocolate cake is neither rich nor particularly dark. The drinks were wicked strong, and the apps were abundant and flavorful, so good value there.
Went here for an anniversary with my bf. Rated 4/5. Didn’t exactly get the view I wanted due to it being a sunny day and the window shades had to be down which I understand. Did ask for a window view when making a reservation which we did get. The lounge/bar had the perfect view of Mt. rainier but they didn’t offer dinner service so we stayed in the same table. Food was okay. The ordered the $90 NY strip steak. IMO I’ve had better steak at Daniel broiler and Ruth Chris steakhouse. Steak wasn’t hot when I received it and it was very chewy. Mushroom dish side was delicious and the cocktails our server recommended were good as well. Servers were amazing. They were very friendly and attentive. Also gave a special dessert for our anniversary.
My girls took me here for my first time on my birthday!! We came on an early summer Friday evening so it was pretty packed. Those that didn't get a table were just standing in huddles at the bar. The atmosphere was very young and rich. You could smell the money in the room lol I'm pretty sure some famous people were there but I won't name drop 😉 The view is perfect! So beautiful, peaceful, calm, relaxing, and easy to enjoy an evening. Unfortunately, outside seating was reserved. We came here for drinks but they surprised me with a fun birthday macaroon dessert that had a smoky-ice to it or something. Definitely recommend that for a birthday suggestion! Overall, I think this is more for younger, and/or single-and-ready-to-mingle crowd. Maybe even a group birthday or a business dinner to impress a client. Make sure you wear your best outfit. This is not for the "casual" crowd if you know what I mean. Have your wallet ready guys, the ladies are definitely there!
Our visit tonight was incredible as usual. The views were amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as always. I had the Big Bird drink, which was a little bit on the strong side, but still very good. The New York strip was juicy and tender. And the new Hive dessert was decadent.
Our family of four went here to celebrate our son's 21st birthday. Service was friendly and helpful--useful dietary restriction based recommendations were made, Presentation and flavor of all of the dishes was lovely. Skyfall dessert was presented to my son for his birthday which was an expected nice touch. FYI: We sat in the larger room with glass windows on three sides on a warm and sunny July day and it was warm so I would recommend dressing lightly for a dinner there on a warm and sunny day. Highly recommend for a special occasion celebration.
