I’d give zero stars if I could. I needed a last minute cut and recolor for my engagement photos, and it was a nightmare that I didn’t even realize until I went to get it cut again. One half of my hair was longer than the other and the back of it was a nightmare. On top of that I asked for a brunette coloring and it was basically black. (Which might not sound like much of a difference but it was.) I’m not necessarily mad at the students, I’m mad at the instructors because they’re setting up these students for failure.
