I was super hoping this would be an amazing BBQ restaurant. I have been to quite a few bbq restaurants, and sadly, I was not impressed. Now my husband really liked the meat. We ordered the 2 meat and 2 side combo's. Both with pulled pork and ribs, potato salad, and mac and cheese. The pulled pork was on a bun, and for some, that's probably just fine. I, however, didn't order a sandwich, so I didn't want a bun. I think the pulled pork needed more sauce. The potato salad was not to our liking at all, and my husband rarely doesn't like food. It was runny and very sour like. The Mac and cheese was better than the potato salad but was lacking on sauce also. Too dry. As with every restaurant and every person-some people may like the food so if you haven't tried it, give it a try for yourself and decide.

Ordered 2 meats and 2 sides online in my daughter's name. Ribs, pulled pork sandwich, baked beans and sweet potato. We're on a trip to North Carolina and picked it up along the way. When I went in to pick up the order the women gave it to me and turned around and left. Not very friendly. I always leave a cash tip on take out orders. Maybe next time I'll be able to leave a cash tip. The BBQ was excellent! Highly recommend their delicious food!

Fantastic food with very few smiles. The BBQ is terrific, but they don't seem to be happy serving this fantastic product. The brisket was moist, and the ribs were thin but delicious. Whole ribs, not baby backs. Potato salad and beans were my sides, and they were terrific. Lots of takeout business here. They should be very proud to be serving this food.

Out of Ribs, Brisket and Fries on a Tuesday at lunch hour, which is what I’d walked a mile in the heat from my hotel to try. That said, circumstances are sometimes serendipitous. Ended up having the chicken breast, pulled pork, potato salad and beans. Sat back in the bar area as the restaurant was empty at lunch hour. Couple customers back there was all. Was able to sit and order fairly quickly and the food came out within about 10 min. Ambiance is on par for other southern BBQ establishments, service was poor having to wait 10 min after I got my food for someone to come by again where I could ask for silverware and napkins to begin eating. Other reviews have said it, the service and smiles are lacking. That said, even though the chicken was a little dry, the flavor was good and the pulled pork was excellent. BBQ sauce spot on. The potato salad which I wouldn’t have got if I’d got my fries was also really good. The beans were plain, but had good brown sugar flavor on them. Love to see some brisket and onion beans here sometime. Some customer service training would go a LONG way here and bring even more business. I got to meet the owner as I was finishing the meal. Nice gentlemen, complimented is pulled pork. He mentioned that they’d just opened a downtown location (maybe this was why they were out of brisket, ribs and fries). Going into business isn’t easy. I can appreciate supply problems for what they are, so I can’t give the whole experience a great rating. I do look forward to coming back and having a different experience where I can give them 5 big stars.

Texas girl here who knows and loves BBQ. Meat selection was limited at 3pm on a Weds. only options were ribs and pulled pork. We ordered ribs, potato salad, and greens which was all awesome. I ordered wings also in which I assumed would be smoked but were fried. Delicious but not expected at a BBQ place. All n all we enjoyed it. Ribs were tender and sides were really good, service was nice. I will return.
