This place sucks. Bouncers are extremely picky who they let in. They let me & my other friend in who’s a girl but stopped our boyfriends from coming in. They were standing at the front of the line. Ty, the bouncer, allowed multiple big groups of people that weren’t on the VIP list to get in before them. I know they weren’t on the list because I was in the bar & none of them were in a section. They even allowed a group of women, that were waiting behind them to skip the line & get in. I asked politely to allow them to get in because Ty kept enabling people to skip them. I kept getting the same answer saying “just give me a few minutes”. My friend & I had bought our boyfriends drinks expecting them to get in & they never let them in. Meanwhile, the bartenders couldn’t get our tab correct. Other than that, when I got in the place stunk really bad. Safe to say I will never go back here again.
Was here last night and for the most part it was a great time. I would like to suggest a couple things they could do better to make the customer experience a little more enjoyable. First thing is they really need to have a cocktail menu, not having a menu at a prime location like this is a huge disappointment. I’m a big Gin fan, and most Gin drinks are of the cocktail nature and it’s not easy to freestyle a drink with gin. Next thing would be to add some lighting behind the liquor bottles on the shelves. It was very dark and I could not see what types of liquor brands they had, and since there was no menu it was difficult to order a drink. Lastly, once I did order they didn’t have a few basic cocktail ingredients. There was no lemon juice, and no simple syrup which are two of the most common cocktail ingredients. The coke and sprite seemed to be watered down also. I will give them credit, they comped my first drink that had the bad sprite, and there was a blonde bartender who made an amazing Paloma and she deserves to be mentioned for that.
I was very disappointed with this lounge. It was very dark. Two of the 3 bartenders were helping customers, one of the women cared more about her cell phone than the customers. I mentioned to my party of 3 we should leave is because of the neglect. Suddenly I was given attention only to find out they couldn't make a daiquiri or a lemon drop cocktail. What I did notice was that everyone seemed to have the same looking cocktail, which appeared to be brown. I mean EVERYONE! So maybe they don't have experienced bartenders? My party left without having a drink. No photo because there was nothing to show.
Drinks weren't bad. Service wasn't bad. Just not my kind of place.
The place smelled like old throw up that never got cleaned up. I had to leave after 5 minutes because it smelled so bad
