I stopped by with a group of friends. Most of us eat meat but we're interested in trying their menu. Everyone was incredibly happy with their meal. I ordered Chik'n tossed in Buffalo. Oh my goodness. As someone who loves chicken, I cannot recommend this dish enough. The buffalo sauce was so perfect, the breading was perfectly crunchy, and the "meat" was incredibly flavorful. I would recommend these over the most normal chicken nuggets. I would love to see some kind of vegan blue cheese dip in sauce on their menu in the future because it would go so well with their buffalo. The food came out very quickly and after you order at the counter. Staff was friendly and quick to wipe down tables after Jess left. They had some flavored lemonades which were also delicious. Even if you are not vegan, I recommend giving the spot a try!
Best restaurant in Milwaukee area. Best burger I've ever had. Most places burgers taste extremely bland, but here they make it so much better. The fries are also top notch compared to others. Good desserts. Worth the price and very helpful and nice employees. They should have a ketchup dispenser though cause I get nervous having to ask for some.
Got the Soul Plane Chicken Sandwich, mozz sticks, and wings. Everything was super good. Friendly staff got the food out quickly. Highly recommend Twisted Plants!
Got the Next Friday Burger and Cauliflower Bites (BBQ) and they both were absolutely AMAZING!! First time trying Twisted Plants today - I’ll definitely be coming back and to try out other dishes!
Overall a pretty good place. The fried pickles were good but a bit over battered. The waffle fries and the pretzel buns were the best part of the meal. The burger itself was ok but that's about it. The cheese on top was better than most vegan cheese I've had so thats a plus. Loved the environment and the staff was pretty awesome too. I will definitely come back sometime soon.
