My mother in law went there to have her hair re-braided. Deanna(unsure of spelling) did a wonderful job, she was friendly and professional.
Ajillian is AMAZING! She is SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and will help you achieve your hair goals as well as teach you how to maintain them. Textures is beautiful inside, very warm and welcoming. If you want a true professional with great creative vision then Textures is the place for you!
I came here yesterday for a TRIM of my dead ends only. The lady I worked with was very nice and pleasant; However, she snuck one on me . I specifically asked for for a TRIM ONLY, but she decided she wanted to wash my hair and blow dry it herself, which was fine (we talked about that via text), okay. But to add on a deep conditioning treatment under a moisture steamer was extra. I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS. $85 for a TRIM ONLY appt really left a bad taste in my mouth. That’s literally almost 4x the amount anyone will pay for a trim. Yes I could’ve said something. But I’m really not thinking or expecting a hair professional to sneak other services on/ im expecting to get exactly what I asked for. So no she didn’t listen to her customer, she decided to do her own thing. And not to mention cutting off WAYYYY too much off my ends leads me to say I will never visit this place again. Sorry, Not sorry.
It is a pleasure being in Jill's salon! She is professional, educated, knowledgable and full of good conversation. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean. I left feeling good about her skills and my hair journey. I will return!
