From my initial inquiry call, to my event, PHENOMENAL experience working with Xquisite Catering! When discussing menu options for my Doctoral Graduation Celebration, they were very informative, and helpful. The ease of ordering & being able to make payments, digitally, was a plus as well...Streamlined operations. My guests have not stopped talking about how delicious the food was! While there was a delay in the delivery time, they apologized profusely, which I can appreciate...And traffic was horrible and even caused guests to be delayed. Things happen...But the food did not disappoint -- PHENOMENAL! My event was everything I dreamed of and wanted, and the food was a major part of that! Everything was top quality...DELICIOUS! Reached out to Xquisite Catering about 10 days before my event. The customer service was exceptional. Super responsive to my inquiries. They worked with my budget and ensured that I had all of my favorite dishes. Arrived on time to set up for my event. Very pleasant and professional, which is high on my list. The guests raved about the food, everything was perfect!!! Thanks Xquisite for a wonderful catering experience!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!
Felicia, I wanted to thank you and your staff for the wonderful job that they did for us on Sunday for my husband Tee's 60th birthday party. Where do I start? The service was Great, the food was Delicious, and plentiful, and you'll even had extras. I personally threw down on those crab balls! :) Everyone was professional, helpful, accommodating, fun, etc....and Nil was AWESOME!! He was STELLAR, ON POINT, PROACTIVE, ATTENTIVE, TIMELY, all the above. He was determined to make sure everything was FLAWLESS, and it was!! For example, He asked me to identify my vegetarian guests, when we arrived at their table I realized that I apparently left off one of the vegetarians in my headcount of (3) and he said, NO worries, I have 6!! Xquisite Catering was exceptional! It was important for me to leave this review after my most recent experience. After a last minute booking the Xquisite team didnt miss a beat. The service in itself was amazing along with the quality food. What really put the icing on the cake is that they ensured as the organizer I wasn’t stressed about anything. Every team member was compassionate throughout the event. The coowner himself (Neil) was there from beginning to end and insisted that he helped close out the event. I’m truly appreciative of this business and will continue to support and spread the word. 10/10 recommend!!!
Absolutely Delicious. Such a great food experience. We had our annual Staff lunch catered and EVERYONE raved about how good the food is. Neil, who delivered our food had great customer service and went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be using Xquisite Catering again in the near future. 10 out of 10!
