The massage was great and I was hoping to relax some afterwards in their relaxation room. I was told by my masseuse that would be ok. Another staff member told me they were closing and that I could not utilize the room, despite my massage ending early and being an hour earlier than their posted closing time. I came here to relax and the poor customer service at the end made me feel more harried when I left than when I arrived.
Wonderful for some self-care. Massage was the best I have ever had. Steam shower was such a small room there was no place to take a break from the steam. Even with the cool water running still unbearable. After 10-15 minutes, I had to bail. Waste of money in that regard.
Kneaded Relief is a dream come true. Everyone is always welcoming and so kind. Mae is really great at what she does and every facial I get with her gets better and better. (Didn't know that was possible.) She truly cares about her clients skin and offers good advice for after care. Will be back! Also, Duke is very personable and he gives the best massage I've ever had. Thank you!
This is a nice little local place if you're looking to get a massage or some pampering surfaces. The staff was pretty friendly.
Liz did an amazing job with my 6 year old nieces nails. We came in for her birthday and Liz was very detailed, offered to put stickers on her nails to make the service and experience extra special. She’s now asking when she can come back to see Liz again!
