My daughter had given me my birth stone ring back in 1999. The stone came out in November of 2022. I lost and I was so upset. It was found thank God. I took it there on the advice of a friend and wasn't able to get out until June 2. I was in tears when I saw my ring. It looked brand new. Thank you to the owner who fixed it for me and everyone being so nice. I love it. Just stunning.
I was shopping for a ruby bracelet to give my wife for our anniversary. I had been using another NoVA located jewelry shop for years. I needed the bracelet sooner than my regular store could get it, so I reached out to Diamonds & Designs. I'm very glad I did! Bob took such good care of me and not only did he get a bracelet in record time, he beat the price of the other jewelry shop by so much I decided to upgrade and go bigger than I though I could afford. Bob and his team also went the extra mile to gift wrap the box and made sure everything was just perfect. My wife was "over the moon" happy with the bracelet. I'm very glad to have met Bob and his great staff. I'm sure I'll be seeing them again!
Fantastic work repairing and cleaning family diamond earrings. I also had a very quick turnaround needed; the service was not only outstanding but also much quicker in timeframe than originally quoted.
