Literally the worst experience ever. My hair had to be re done at a different salon, no refund, and the management screamed at me on the phone like a wild animal and hung up on me while I was trying to explain my side. She had absolutely no interest in hearing my side or even taking any accountability whatsoever that her stylist did a horrific job. She accused me of "harassing and threatening the staff" because I said I needed to speak with a manager and wanted a full refund. Super embarrassing and unprofessional! My hair looked like it had been done by someone still in school. Definitely not worth the 230 dollars I was charged. Not only was my color awful but my cut was just as bad. The stylist allowed me to leave knowing how awful my hair looked but insisted it looked great to get me out the door. Then after I left the stylist texted me that she under charged me and I needed to call back and pay more money (which I immediately did). It wasn't until I got home that I realized how awful it looked. It wasn't until a few days later after I had washed / dried it that I noticed the cut was botched. It had chunks of hair missing all over my head and none of the layers were blended. I was denied a refund because the manager said it wasn't their fault that I didn't like it. All around awful experience and would not recommend!
After moving a year and a half ago to Philadelphia area and finding no one who could come close to helping me get my hair where I liked it, I recently moved to Abingdon. I chose this Salon because of the good reviews. I showed Linda 2 pictures of how I liked my hair, thinking Maybe in a few cuts we could get it close to where it used to be. Not only the cut but also my color and highlights. I was amazed how in just 1 visit my hair is exactly like I wanted it. Everyone in the Salon is also extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this Salon!
I travel well over an hour to go here, and it is worth every minute. Bambi is amazing, and I love how she does my hair. I just had Marissa and she also did an excellent job! You can't go wrong!
I LOVE this place!! It is beautiful. Coffee maker is right there in the waiting room. The windows are huge so if you're a people watcher you can sit in a cushy chair, sipping coffee looking out the window at the snow. Everyone here is awesome. They must love it here because they always have a smile for you. I am, of course partial to Ally (Alessandra). She works magic on my hair. She listens to everything you want her to hear about your hair. She always does what you want, not what she wants (like other salons). The massage and facial area is on a different floor so you have all of the privacy you need. These people are so talented once you go there it will be your favorite salon. I love it!!
Visited Cheveux for the first time and was blown away. Allie was fabulous. She listened to my every word and in the end, she went the extra mile to give me the cut and color that I wanted. Everyone in the Salon was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I have already scheduled my next appointment and would highly recommend this salon. It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!!
