Talking about delicious! This was the marble taste I've been missing since Sam's Club stopped making marble cakes in my area. Ordered a cupcake party package. Iâm in another state so it was blind luck based on all of the positive reviews. Everyone one at my cousinâs going away party raved about the cupcakes. My cousin and her family are moving from Wisconsin to Alabama so we put little State flags in the cupcakes and my cousin loved it. I got a couple of texts from people wondering where I got the cupcakes so kudos to the chef! A word of advice for anyone ordering from Bougie Berries for delivery: stay away from grub hub and use Uber eats instead. Much easier customer service for both the customer and the vendor.
This place is a absolute gem! The owner is very sweet and her desserts are even sweeter. I'll definitely be back!
Ok so this was my first time being a customer and the owner was really sweet and kind. I needed an order for my daughter birthday party and the date that I needed it she was going to be just coming back from out of town but she still found time to squeeze me into her schedule. I thought that was awesome of her! So a day before it was time for me pick up my order I called the store just to confirm my pick up and her Mom answered the phone. I told her why I was calling and she asked for my name, then said I was down for a 2pm pick up which was not correct. So I nicely told her the correct time which was 11am even though the shop was closed and would not be open until 1pm, the owner was generous enough to let me pick up my items before the store actually opened that dayâŚ(thank you) long story short the mom was rude about the situation she was like âwell I wonât be here until 1pm I donât know nothing about what you and Kayla talked about you have to talk to herâ the way she said it was rude and is not how you speak to someone in customer service, I thought that was very unprofessional of her. I think my overall experience would of been much better if I didnât have to encounter with the Mom.
