I took my daughter to get her hair cut and colored. My daughter is black and white so she has mixed hair. Well I looked at all the reviews and decided this place was the best place to go. 1st of all the lady barely talked to me. She would barely respond when I asked her a question. My daughters hair was done a few days before Sept 5th this year. She is in middle school this year and it was suppose to be special. Well The lady did not do the right color, she forgot to cut her hair and the color is already coming out of her hair.. My daughter's hair gets washed once maybe twice a week. I have bought everything for taking care of her hair. I paid 75$ for the lady to do her hair. My daughter isn't happy she is sad and I'm pissed!!!! Do not go to this place!!
She gets no stars!!!!! I got a lace front done by her paid $100 for the installation but the lace front cost me $300 . I wasn’t gone an hour the glue did not stick the lace front so the back came completely off!! She wouldn’t refund the money instead she re-glued the wig using the exact same product knowing same results would occur! She taking people money but not. Doing good business at all!!
Bibi does a great job and it's always a fun experience to go to the shop, highly recommend it
OMG you guys I'm telling you I use to get my hair done an after 2 days past my hair start itching like.crazy until I came to Ms. BiBi African store lady an she washed my hair with her special products an here it is day 3 an I haven't scratched my head yet plus she does a great job with the twisting locs an braids an she will accept you on a walk-in appointment if she can fit you in her schedule no doubt about it she is the best in town and surrounding Green Bay area 🙃 pull up an get your hair braided or dreads twisted today! BiBi African Palace is #1 !!💪🏾
