I love the atmosphere, Dee has been helping me grow out my hair for about 4 years now and my hair is now down my back. I had Alopecia in the crown area and it used to be very tender in that one spot.
I Absolutely LOVED my volume set. They were so long & full and the tech she was so kind and sweet! The shop was really beautiful and a nice environment as well.
RUDE stylist(Dee?) and staff. She purposely booked my hair along with someone else’s. She stopped doing my hair in order to do the other girl’s hair, left me in the seat for 35 minutes waiting for her after she blow dried my hair. She never checked on me,never made sure I was doing good or anything,no communication what so ever. The owner and all the other hair stylist never offered any help or anything. Everyone just acted as if they didnt see me there for 35 minutes with clips in my hair. I literally just took everything out of my hair and left. VERY unprofessional. I have never ever been treated that way by anyone. And all I was getting was a silk press, seriously? I do NOT recommend this place. Who goes to salon and leaves nappy headed? Makes no sense.
Molly does a wonderful job braiding both my girls hair. Very professional. Definitely would recommend.
