We had our first visit here (ages 1, 3, 6, and 9) and the kids had a blast! Feeling lucky to have an affordable, clean place that isnβt too far away for the kids to have some indoor fun. The bounce houses are big and the indoor play structures add some nice variety.
Visiting from out of town. Perfect place to let the kiddos burn their energy! π₯ π₯ The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend and would be a returning customer if we lived in this area.
Great place for a kids to run/bounce out energy. However, there are bigger kids & no supervision, so if you have a small child keep an eye on them. Everyone must have socks or you will have to pay $3 for 1 pair.
We love bounce with us!! They are fun, clean, and friendly. Our kids love to come and jump and burn energy. We know when we come we will have a great time!! Highly recommend.
The woman who booked our party was unable to or answered many of our questions wrong. We didn't want the room decorated but she said it was included in the package for 25 kids. So we said okay only to find out when it was time to settle up that it was an extra $50. We also called a week in advanced and asked what happened/ what to do if we were to go over 25 kids and received the answer "you can't go over/ it doesn't matter". I would have been happy to pay the difference for the 3 extra kids (2 which didn't even jump and gave their wristbands back) had I had this knowledge prior to being blindsided during my daughter birthday party. Also upon bringing this up to the women that were working there they all denied having ever talked to us to discuss/ set up the party. Despite the negligence on this company they agreed it was my fault because they didn't remember talking to us. No accountability whatsoever. Two of the three girls working the front desk were very disrespectful including but not limited the woman with purple hair. So while my daughter had a great time with all her friends I sadly wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy unless you have unlimited money to throw around when they nickle and dime you. All in all I ended up being out an extra $140 over the agreed upon price. Lesson learned.
